GREAT WOLF LODGE THINGS TO KNOW
- Great Wolf Lodge is a CASHLESS property.
- Guests can make payment on-site via Credit Card, Debit Card or Great Wolf Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be purchased at https://www.greatwolf.com/georgia/gift-cards
Arrival:
- Check-in: begins at 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to use the waterpark and other amenities beginning at 1:00 p.m. Only the person who is registered on the room/s should come to the front desk to check in with a photo ID and the credit card used to pay for the room.
- We advise you to leave luggage in the car/bus until the room is ready, if possible. We do not have a baggage checkroom available.
- Lockers are available in the waterpark for rent daily with a credit card – size and quantity is limited. Fees are $15 for a small, $18 for a medium and $22 for a large.
- Life vests and towels are provided in the waterpark. Please ensure that the towels are returned to the Towel Hut located inside the waterpark at the end of EACH day to avoid a $15 per towel charge.
- We recommend downloading the Great Wolf Lodge mobile app before arriving. The app will provide information for all of the lodge’s activities (dance party, yoga tails, store hours, adventure park activities and food outlet hours, etc.) Click on “Continue as Guest” on the main page to access the app - without an account.
Departure:
- Room check out is automatic at 11 am, no need to go to the front desk as a receipt will be sent to the e-mail address on the reservation.
- Guests will have access to the waterpark until closing on the day of departure.
- Late check out requests are based on availability.
